April Wagner-Director/Teacher  Ballet 4 and Pointe                    

   April Wagner received her professional training with Zola Dishong and Richard Cammack at Contra Costa Ballet. She received scholarships to Joffery Ballet, Pacific Northwest Ballet & Pennslyvania Ballet, among others. Ms. Wagner spent 3 consecutive summers with School of American Ballet at Lincoln Center in NYC(New York City Ballet School). She studied under the direction of Suki Schorer(NYCB), Darci Kistler(NYCB), Susan Ware(NYCB), Evelyn Cisneros(SFB), Peter Boal(PNWB), Charles Anderson(CCB and Company C) as well as many others. She has performed many professionally choreographed roles including but not limited to Paquita, Balanchine’s Etudes, The Nutcracker, Sleeping Beauty, Cinderella and Swan Lake. April Wagner has taught ballet for 22 years in San Diego and the Bay area. Ms. Wagner is the director and for Livermore Ballet School and choreographs two full length performances a year(Nutcracker and the June showcase). Her June showcase not only covers reknown professional choreographers pieces but Mrs. Wagner has also choreographed 6 Full length ballets including Snow White, Alice in Wonderland and Peter Pan. April’s passion for dance, choreography and her love of children are evident in her teaching style. She both inspires and nurtures her students.

Laura Myers- Fairytale Ballet, Ballet 1 and Ballet 2 Teacher

Laura Myers trained from the age of 3 years old with her mother, April Wagner and Nana, Sherida Sullivan. Laura has performed various leading roles in LBS Company productions including “Odette” in Swan Lake, “Alice” in Alice in Wonderland and “Wendy” in Peter Pan. She graduated from Mountain House High School in 2021 and attended CSU Monterey where she was a flyer for the CSU Monterey Cheerleading team. Laura has taught classes for Livermore Ballet School for 4 years and will teach at our new Mountain House location. She is wonderful with children of all ages and adores sharing her love for dance.

Sherida Sullivan-Adult Ballet Teacher and Ballet 3
Sherida Sullivan holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Dance from Skidmore College, Saratoga Springs, N.Y.  and danced as a soloist with Ballet Metropolitan in New York. Her professional interests include Vaganova ballet technique, creative dance, choreography and performance.
